What does our warranty cover?

 • Geometric pieces: During the first year, you can request the replacement of up to 10 geometric pieces. This service can be performed in a single session or on up to three different occasions, depending on your needs.

Additional components: The warranty also includes replacement of hooks and chain parts that are defective or unusual in wear.

 

Process to request a composure:

1. Initial contact: Contact our team through [email protected], providing details of the garment, a photo of the problem presented and your information, so that we can corroborate the date of your purchase order in the system.

2. Product shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our showroom. We will provide you with detailed instructions to facilitate this process.

3. Repair time: Once the garment is received, our team will repair it within 5 business days.

 

Additional considerations:

• Out-of-warranty services: If the repair request exceeds the one-year warranty period or exceeds 10 geometric parts included, the service will have an additional cost. We will inform you in advance of any extra charges.

• Additional tip: Each Mucha product is delivered with a Geometric gift, as a sign of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
